Oil & Gas

Since 2012 Trillini Engineering works in offshore projects proving to be able to operate in an environment characterized by specific constraints, such as limited space, the marine environment, extreme weather conditions and Lloyd’s Register requirements.

What we do

Multidisciplinary approach to HVAC systems design

TRILLINI Engineering is able to support his customers from the tendering phase to the project commissioning and startup

TRILLINI Engineering designed installations for:

  • Temporary refugees
  • High reliability (SIL) systems
  • LER and Modular Substations
  • Skids and prefabricated Modules
  • Offshore living quarters

TRILLINI Engineering is accustomed to deal with:

  • ATEX areas
  • Blast risk sites
  • Toxic environment (H2S-SO2)
  • Extreme climatic conditions (-45°C – +55°C)
  • Marine environment
  • Lloyd’s register requirements
  • National and international norms

Why we operate in this sector

Offshore installations are usually characterized by limited space available for service plants installation, challenging environmental conditions and difficult supply logistics. For this reason, high quality engineering is required in order to manage interfaces and clashes between HVAC systems and other installations and to guarantee a smooth installation process even using local and not skilled manpower.
TRILLINI Engineering interdisciplinary approach and high quality engineering, including 3D design support, represent an added value limiting troubles during the construction phase.
The best performance is provided if TRILLINI Engineering is engaged from the early design stage to the construction supervision; anyway, good results were achieved in the past also with a late involvment: TRILLINI Engineering experience helped in finalizing projects that where not performing as expected.
